These terms apply to the One Sec Daily app and website. By using either, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple terms.
App Store license
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs your license to use One Sec Daily. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls for the app license.
Using One Sec Daily
You may use One Sec Daily for personal, lawful filming on Apple devices you own or control. Only film people who agree to it, or whose guardian you are. Do not misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple handles all purchases and billing. Prices and plans appear before you buy and may vary by country or currency. The yearly plan renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple's billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply.
A lifetime purchase gives access to One Sec Daily Pro for as long as One Sec Daily remains available and technically supported. It does not promise that every current feature stays unchanged forever.
Your clips
Your clips, films, and other content belong to you. They are stored on your devices and in your private iCloud, and you are responsible for keeping any copies you need, for example by saving films to Photos. Deleting a timeline or all data deletes it from your devices and iCloud. The privacy policy explains how the app and website process information.
Availability and changes
The app and website may change, gain or lose features, or be discontinued. Access can also be interrupted by maintenance, device compatibility, App Store availability, iCloud availability, or other third-party services. We will not make changes that remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Warranty and liability
Apple's Standard EULA contains the warranty and liability terms for the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the laws that apply to you.
Ending use
You may stop using One Sec Daily at any time and delete the app. Your right to use the app may end if you materially violate these terms or Apple's Standard EULA.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change when the app, website, law, or business model changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply where the law permits.
